The Beijing Newcomer Reception has been an exciting tradition where new admits gather with current students and alums. This year, the Association of Chinese Students and Scholars at Yale (ACSSY) brings old friends and new ones together to rejoice in newly established Yale Center of Beijing as a symbol of the long-lasting history between Yale and China. Representatives from the current students and alums are invited to address the group. Newcomers, current students, Yale alumni and guests are all invited to this social event of summer retreat to enjoy shared topics, memories, experience and outlook.
