COVID-19 is the keyword in 2020. As the current ongoing public health crisis continues, what are the latest efforts around the globe on the development of vaccines and therapeutic solutions combating COVID-19? What to expect when people all over the world are expecting?

Join us to an alumni webinar event on October 30th, featuring Chun Wu '03 PhD, who is the Managing Director and Partner at the Boston Consulting Group and the head of its Healthcare Practice in Greater China. She will share her insights into the global healthcare innovation and public health policy in the context of combating COVID-19. A student career chat and speed networking session will follow immediately after the talk for interested students.

Chun WU ’03 PhD
Managing Director & Partner, Boston Consulting Group (BCG)

Chun WU is the Managing Director and Partner at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and the head of its Healthcare Practice in Greater China. She has served a wide range of clients worldwide across different segments in the healthcare space, to help solve a broad range of strategic problems. Chun holds a PhD degree in Genetics from Yale, and a BS degree from Peking University in China.

Yu (Shawn) Xiang ’07 PhD
Head of Greater China & the Emerging Asia Region, Abbott Diabetes Care

Shawn is currently Head of Greater China & the Emerging Asia Region for Abbott Diabetes Care. He previously held various management roles at Novartis in China and Switzerland. He began his career with McKinsey, focused on the biotech and biopharma industry. Shawn holds a PhD from Yale and a BS from Peking University. He is a board member of the Yale Graduate School Alumni Association (GSAA).
