The Event

A Harsh Transition is a documentary that tells the story about how a state-owned nuclear plant in Northwest China has survived and thrived in an era of transition.

After the screening, Sinopec's former chairman Mr. Fu Chengyu and former SASAC official Mr. Zhou Fangsheng will dialogue on the current state and future of SOE reform.
