The Event

As a breakthrough business model, the sharing economy has changed our perspective on life in many ways. This forum will discuss the meaning of sharing economy, shed light on its typical business model, analyze the current problems and solutions, and forecast its future direction.

Tarry WANG
Co-founder & COO of Xiaozhu

Tarry Wang Liantao is co-founder and COO of Xiaozhu.com. Prior to the founding of Xiaozhu in 2012, Tarry had been Vice President of Ganji.com since 2010. Tarry was Vice President of Madhouse, China’s biggest mobile ad platform, from 2008 to 2010, where he was responsible for business development and marketing outreach. Before joining Madhouse, as part of the founding team, Tarry helmed Qihoo 360 as Executive Vice President from 2005 to 2008, overseeing overall B2B business and online searching operation.

Executive Partner & Chief Strategy Officer of URwork

Josh Zhang is the Executive Partner & Chief Strategy Officer of URwork, responsible for corporate strategy planning, business data analysis, government affairs, educational training, CSR and other value-added innovation business segments supporting corporate development. He has profound insights and experience in business operation.

Austin ZHANG
Co-founder of ofo

Austin Zhang is the co-founder of ofo, the world’s first “non-docking” bicycle-sharing platform. He is in charge of risk management and quality management. He has overseen a team that worked with brand marketing, data strategy and operation management and helped ofo to expand to more than 100 cities and obtain over 100 million registered users. ofo's vision is to become a transportation-sharing platform with global reach.

Professor Ke RONG
Associate Professor, Institute of Economics, School of Social Science, Tsinghua University

Dr. Ke Rong is an associate professor in the Institute of Economics, School of Social Science at Tsinghua University in China. Dr. Rong received his PhD degree from the University of Cambridge and his Bachelor's degree from Tsinghua University. Before joining Tsinghua, he was a senior lecturer at the University of Exeter and Bournemouth University in UK and a visiting scholar at the Harvard Business School.
