The Event

In this 90-minute workshop you will have the opportunity to explore the what behind power and reflect on your own interpersonal influence alongside others in the room. We will discuss current trends in the leadership space, considering what skills and mindsets are needed to lead well in the 21st century. The session will be interactive and come prepared to use yourself as a live case study.

The Speaker

Valerie Rose Belanger
MA '06, Director of Global Leadership Programs, Yale School of Management

Valerie is the Director of Global Leadership Programs at the Yale School of Management. Before working at Yale SOM, Valerie was Managing Director of Yale World Fellows. She has worked with graduate students, entrepreneurs, young business leaders, diplomats, CEOs and venture capitalists from across 100+ countries. Valerie is a graduate of Wesleyan and Yale (MA, International Relations, 2006).
