The Event

Anxiety at work seems to be experienced by many people today. Please join us with a panel of Yale and Harvard alumni to discuss how to better manage anxiety and increase happiness on April 19 at Yale Center Beijing.

The Panelists

Jing Huang
Managing Executive Director & Harvard Center Shanghai

Mr. Huang is Managing Executive Director at Harvard Center Shanghai. He came to Harvard from a distinguished venture capital and private equity career. Most recently, Mr. Huang was Partner of TPG Growth and RMB Funds, based in Shanghai, China. Before TPG, he was Managing Director at Bain Capital LLC, where he set up and ran its Shanghai operations. Mr. Huang received an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MA from Stanford University and a BA from Beijing Foreign Studies University.

Alfred Che (Yale MA '95)
Vice President& Danfoss China

Mr. Alfred Che joined Danfoss in 2010 as Vice President and Head of Corporate Communications for the China region, responsible for developing and implementing the company’s communication strategy. He was among the first who systematically introduced “Danish Green Development Model” into China. He also is one of the pioneers in adapting the tools of Western public relations to China. Mr. Che holds a BA from the Beijing Foreign Studies University and an MA in international relations from Yale University.

Sally Shan Yale MBA '97
Managing Director and Head of China& HarbourVest Partners

Ms. Sally Shan focuses on private equity fund of funds investment, secondary markets and direct coinvestment deals. Prior to HarbourVest, Ms. Shan held various senior management positions in Lehman Brothers and J.P. Morgan. She received MBA degree from Yale School of Management in 1997. Ms. Shan is a member of Aspen Institute China Fellowship.

Faith Feiyan Huang
COO & iKang Healthcare Group

Ms. Faith Feiyan Huang currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of iKang Healthcare Group, Inc. and has been its Director since February 2005. Ms. Huang was one of the co-founders of eLong.com and served as vice president of sales and marketing at eLong.com from 1999 to 2004. Ms. Huang earned a bachelor's degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University, studied computer science at Mount Holyoke College and business at Boston University School of Management and Harvard Business School.
