The Event

Over the past two decades of a digital revolution, traditional industries such as industrials, manufacturing, and healthcare have changed profoundly as incumbents and new disruptors explore new offerings to better meet the needs of its customers. Instead of focusing on products, more companies are transforming their business models to focus on value delivered through services. While yesterday’s service was merely sales support, today’s service is the new primary revenue generator.
