Despite the prevalence of unhappiness, media personality Yang Lan introduced the concept of "Happiness Quotient" in 2009, emphasizing the ability to discover, perceive, create, and share happiness. In her upcoming talk at the Yale Center Beijing on December 2, she will share insights on attaining happiness from her latest book Happiness Quotient and discuss how to cultivate one's happiness quotient in challenging moments.
