The Speaker

Ms. Jane Jie Sun has been the Chief Operating Officer of Ctrip.com, China's largest online travel agency, since May 2012. In March 2015, Ms. Sun was further promoted to be Co-president of this US$10 billion dollar company. She was the Chief Financial Officer of Ctrip between 2005 and 2012 and was named “Best CFO” by Institutional Investor.

Ms. Sun is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the State of California Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Sun received her Bachelor’s degree from the Business School of the University of Florida with High Honors and an LL.M. degree from Peking University Law School.
