The Event

Proposed in early 2015 and backed by distinguished international lawyers, professors and jurists, the Oslo Principles are a framework for governments to commit to meaningful reductions in carbon emissions. The document incorporate mechanisms to accomodate the differential impacts and demands on nations and enterprises, placing most greenhouse gas reduction responsibilities on developed countries.
