The Event

This event is open to all students who wish to apply to U.S. colleges and MBA programs as well as their parents. Leo will share his experience and tips on applying to Yale College and Harvard Business School, as well as interesting personal stories from those schools. Leo will also speak about his life transitions, from a junior investment banker to an MBA student, a start-up founder and a writer. Leo’s book Take Action Now can also be purchased at the event.

The Speaker

Leo Zheyuan Li

After Leo Zheyuan Li obtained his B.A. in Economics with honors from Yale College in 2013, he worked for Goldman Sachs in China, where he was exposed to a variety of IPO transactions. He also co-founded an internet travel startup, NewUGo Travel, and currently serves as its Chief Operating Officer. Leo is also an MBA student at the Harvard Business School. During this session, he will speak about his new book, Take Action Now, which was published in November 2016. Leo is also a popular columnist on some of China's top media platforms, where his articles The Truth: Harvard Library at 4:30am and What’s so special about an Ivy League education? have been reposted with a readership of over 100 million.
