The Event

The second edition of the town hall meeting will be focused on China's “Belt & Road” initiative and populism. With the prevailing trend of anti-globalization, protectionism and populism, how will “Belt & Road” contribute to an inclusive economy? In what ways could it help promote inter-regional economic cooperation in terms of policy communication, infrastructure construction and trade? And to what extent will it help some countries out of the populism dilemma?

The language of the event will be English.
