The Event

The Yale University Office of Undergraduate Admissions and Yale Center Beijing invite Beijing-area principals and school counselors to meet John Yi, and learn about the unique undergraduate experience offered at Yale. Mr. Yi will discuss academics, residential life, financial aid, and admissions policies, in addition to answering questions from attendees. As Yale strives to admit the most compelling students from all around the world, we hope you will attend on behalf of your school community.

The Speaker

John Yi
Senior Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions,
Regional Admissions Representative for China, Yale University

John Yi graduated cum laude from Yale with a degree in Economics as a member of the Class of 2013. After starting his professional career in digital marketing and consulting, he returned to Yale where he now works as a Senior Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions. John directs the Campus Tour Guide program, helps to coordinate the alumni interviews, and holds regional responsibility for west Los Angeles, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and East Asia (including China).
