The Event

Dr. Lucas Wong offers highlights from the past four episodes of his “Mostly Debussy” project, which was initiated in 2014. “Mostly Debussy” is a series of five piano lecture-recitals that lead up to year 2018, which will mark the 100th anniversary of Claude Debussy’s death. Three Debussy etudes are selected as anchors for the each of the first four recitals. Each recital explores a specific tendency, by presenting the etudes along with relevant works by Debussy and other composers.
