Sally Shan MBA '97
Managing Director and Head of China, HarbourVest Partners
Sally Shan focuses on private equity fund of funds investment, secondary markets and direct coinvestment deals. Prior to HarbourVest, Sally held various senior management positions in Lehman Brothers and J.P.Morgan. Sally received MBA degree from Yale School of Management in 1997. Sally is a member of Aspen Institute China Fellowship.
Yuan Bing JD '98
Managing Director, Hony Capital
Yuan Bing is in charge of PE Investment Management Department at Hony, which oversees the private equity investment activities. Prior to joining Hony, Mr. Yuan was the Managing Director in Morgan Stanley Principal Investments based in Hong Kong and was responsible for Morgan Stanley’s principal investment activities in China. Mr. Yuan received his Master's degree in International Relations from Yale University in 1993, and J.D. degree from Yale Law School in 1998.
Julia Zhu MBA '98
CEO, Phoenix Live Entertainment Company
Julia Zhu is the co-founder and CEO of Phoenix Live Entertainment Company under Phoenix TV Group, responsible for the company’s growth strategy, investment and operation. Julia worked at News Corp’s subsidiary STAR Group, overseeing strategic alliance and investment across TV and digital media in China. Ms. Zhu holds MBA degree from Yale University and B.A. degree in economics from Wesleyan University.
Alan Chen MBA '06
Partner, HDQH Fund
Alan Chen is a partner with HDQH Fund, an investment firm focusing on media and entertainment industries in China. Prior to HDQH, Mr. Chen worked at McKinsey, Shanda Capital, Xueda Education Group, Nestle and Mars. Mr. Chen holds an MBA degree from the Yale School of Management and a bachelor degree in economics from the University of International Business and Economics.
Tao Kun
Joint Founder, CKF Pictures
Mr. Tao Kun is a famous film producer. He founded CKF Pictures in 2013 and served as General Manager.
Huo Xiaoting MPH '12
China Director of Twentieth Century Fox International Productions
Xiaoting joined Fox after two years as Director of International Business at Desen International Media Group, and two years of working for the renowned film director Chen Kaige. She has a double bachelor degree from Peking University and a Master degree from Yale.
