The Event

With the development of mobile internet, e-commerce and AI, the consumption structure in China has witnessed a great change and upgrade. The impact from online e-commerce and rising operating costs have put traditional offline retail in great peril. As for online retail, the rapid development of e-commerce has seen a fierce homogenization competition. However, the new era of retail has centralized customer experience, transforming the independence of online and offline retail to mutual support and integration. At this Consumption Upgrade Forum, experts will share their views from a variety of perspectives.

LANGUAGE

The language of the event will be Chinese.
