Dr. Feng Tang is a doctor at Peking Union Medical College, Global Partner of McKinsey & Company, Founding CEO of China Resources Healthcare Group Limited, Senior Managing Director of CITIC Capital, and a best-selling author with a 20-year professional management career.

With such an illustrious career, Dr. Feng Tang has a multitude of experiences and stories to share, including about the hardships he has suffered, the difficulties he has conquered, and the people he has met throughout the years. Feng Tang (Dr. Zhang Haipeng), aged 50, is the author of a series of novels, and the founder of Oneness Consulting Company.

Feng was a Senior Managing Director and Head of Healthcare Group of CITIC Capital, as well as the CEO of China Resources Healthcare Group Limited, and the General Manager of Strategy Management Department of China Resources (Holdings) Co., Limited (CRH). Prior to joining CRH, he was a partner of McKinsey & Company.

Feng holds an MBA degree from Goizueta Business School, Emory University, and M.D. degree from Peking Union Medical College.
