The Event
The workshop series on Corporate Social Responsibility and Climate Change aims to convene thought leaders in business and academia to share their insights on corporate sustainable business practices, develop strategies for reducing carbon footprint, and explore their impact on the wider community. This initiative places a special focus on understanding the challenges and opportunities related to environmental responsibility within the Chinese context. These workshops provide a unique forum for discussing the complexities, risks, and challenges in a highly volatile and competitive environment. The objective of the seminars is to cultivate connections beyond conventional boundaries, which is critical for sustaining innovative and action-oriented solutions going forward. There will also be time to explore whether Confucianism can offer guidance and inspiration for sustainable development.
