The Event

Ancient Chinese paintings epitomize traditional Chinese art, literature, and history. Chinese aesthetics possess a distinct historical context and unique characteristics, necessitating the development of an aesthetic system within the framework of Chinese culture. This approach reveals the value and wisdom of Chinese aesthetics, enhancing global understanding of China and its history, and fostering enriched dialogue between Eastern and Western civilizations.

The event on June 13 will explore key techniques for appreciating ancient paintings and calligraphy, the distinctive features of Chinese aesthetics, and comparative studies between Chinese and Western art. Additionally, original works from leading domestic and international collectors of ancient paintings and calligraphy will be exhibited, allowing participants to closely observe and appreciate these masterpieces.
