The Event

Moving to a new country for education is an exciting yet challenging journey, with international students often facing stressors that significantly impact their mental health. What are the common pressures they encounter? How can they effectively manage these challenges while fostering mental well-being? On January 11, Jingru Chen, a staff psychologist at Yale Health Mental Health and Counselling, will share her insights on how international students can improve their mental health and support their peers while studying and living abroad.
