The Event

Competition in the job market has grown increasingly fierce, with the number of overseas students returning to China for employment rising year by year. The Career Guide series is designed to help recent graduates and current students gain a clearer understanding of the domestic job market, adapt to the Chinese workplace, and enhance their employability.

On October 15, the first session of the series, Job-Hunting Skills for the Financial Industry, will feature Guoqing Xu, HBS alumni, and Founder & Chairman of Chainshine Financial Training. He will share insights on navigating the financial job market, including the characteristics and skill requirements of different institutions and positions, the features of resumes, interview strategies, and preparation for applications to financial institutions.
